Dear ZIMMER® Motor Car Enthusiast:

For many years people who have owned or admired the ZIMMERS® Motor Cars have been asking about a ZIMMER® Motor Car Club.

Surprisingly, there had never been a club in the past, but there is one now and you can be a member of it.

Membership is open to all owners of ZIMMER® Motor Cars, former owners, would-be owners, and soon-to-be owners of the neo-classic ZIMMER® Golden Spirit and the more modern Quicksilver.

Currently there are no dues. The cost of operating the club is underwritten by the ZIMMER® Neo-Classic Motor Car Company.

The club functions as a source of information about ZIMMERS®. A newsletter is published annually, and ZIMMER® car rallies are held.

The club has technical experts available for help with problems, and a line of ZIMMER® hats and shirts is available.

To join, just fill out the membership application and send it in.

Input, ideas and suggestions are being actively solicited from members as to the direction the club should take and programs, events and benefits the club should offer.

The club was started in 1996 and ended the year with 10 members. It ended 1997 with over 145 members, and in 1998, went over 200 members. There are now over 700 members. There were almost 1,500 ZIMMERS® manufactured between 1980 and 1988. Probably over 1,000 are still on the road today.

With ZIMMER® Golden Spirits being manufactured again, there is a lot of new interest in this wonderful neo-classic motor car.
